We inform users that the appointment booking for visa application submissions at the counters of the Embassy of Italy in Ulaanbaatar is free of charge and can be done through the Prenotami portal.
We therefore only accept appointments booked by those directly interested, also in compliance with the principle of transparency of administrative action. Any proposals from unauthorized intermediaries must be promptly reported to this Embassy.
