International Law and Development Programme, IPLD 2025 – Balkans, Eastern Partnership Countries, Central Asia and Caucasus: training course for legal and justice professionals

The Joint Committee for Development Cooperation has approved a contribution to UNIDROIT – International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, based in Rome for the implementation of the International Law and Development Programme, IPLD 2025 Balkans, Eastern Partnership Countries, Central Asia and Caucasus.

The initiative consists of a training course on the tools aimed at harmonizing private law, intended for legal professionals from the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.

The course, aimed at legal and justice professionals – in particular judges, state lawyers, officials of legislative offices – is divided into a week of online training and two weeks of lessons in Rome.
